Founder & Director

Jason founded Instaflame as a plumbing and heating business before growing it into the Design & Build company it is today. He oversees the day-to-day running of the business, client relationships, estimating, project planning and quality control, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Anastasia Atanasova

Architect

Anastasia works closely with our clients to transform ideas into practical, well-designed spaces. From concept designs and planning applications through to detailed architectural drawings, she helps ensure every project is carefully planned before construction begins.

Szerhij Szijancsuk

Site Manager

Szerhij plays a key role in the day-to-day management of our construction projects. Working closely with Jason, he coordinates site operations, manages trades, maintains quality standards and helps ensure projects run safely, efficiently and to programme.

Lewis Barrett

Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Lewis specialises in plumbing and heating installations across our refurbishment, extension and loft conversion projects. From first-fix pipework through to final commissioning, he helps deliver reliable, high-quality installations.
