The Holtwood Road project in Oxshott involved constructing a two-storey side extension alongside refurbishment works to the existing family home.
By extending across two levels, the project created valuable additional accommodation on both the ground and first floors, increasing the overall floor area and allowing for improvements to the property's internal layout.
